New Park Hotel - Ankara

Initial room cleanliness fell short, with dirty sheets upon arrival. Shower issues required immediate repair, highlighting maintenance lapses. AC wasn't functioning, leading to noises from the open window. Bathroom lacked an extraction fan.

Front desk staff were very helpful. The room was nice.

My room's wall were not soundproofed and I could clearly hear neighbor rooms.

The location in the heart of the city.

The breakfast buffet offered an array of healthy options. Staff, especially Ayday, were notably great, ensuring smooth service and room extensions. Internet connectivity was strong.

It is close to the city center and underground station.

I was charged 5 Euros more than what was stated during the reservation.

Location is quite good and close to main streets, spa is very clean and nice.

Service at the reception isn't polite and nice, room cleaning could be better, beverages and food aren't allowed in the room, which makes no sense.

I stayed for one night in a Deluxe Twin Room while exploring local attractions, and I was blown away by the rich breakfast spread and how close the hotel was to Independence Park and several museums. The room was spacious, and I appreciated how clean everything was, including the gym, which was equipped and cozy. It was nice to have such a variety of nearby places to visit.

What I loved most was the breakfast-so many options, I seemed like a kid in a candy store! Staff was friendly too, especially Mr Utku, he. Plus, the park across the street is perfect for a little stroll. Had a blast!

Staff was very dedicated and polite. Rooms were high quality and very comfortable, But a bit small (the arm chair was a big for the room).

Breakfast was a bit expensive.

All fine, but cleaners mishandled items.

The room turned out to be new-fashioned and neat with nice views, the bar, as example.

When we arrived we were totally ignored by the two staff at the counter. They worked at their computer ,walked out the back, continued to totally ignore us. Eventually after 7 minutes of waiting we asked the porter at the door to mind our bags and we would return later. We asked dir actions to the Museum and he pointed us back to check in desk where the girl gave us a map.W e came back at 5pm and the staff were much more helpful

great stay , but the gym needs improvements

The staff was great, offering personalized recommendations which enhanced my visit. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room. The breakfast spread was exquisite, offering an array of options that kept every morning fresh and enjoyable.

The gym was a little cramped, lacking some essential equipment for a more comprehensive workout.

the staff is really unfriendly and even rude. they didn't take us serious about our requests. they couldn't speak English. the bathroom smelled horrible since there was no ventilation working... the room cleaning service is inefficient. it took them half a day to clean the room and it wasn't even properly done. the only thing hotel specializes is to try to sell you something. everything is charged, and the prices are exaggerated. you arent allowed to take even a piece of chocolate to your room, they search your bags. this is so shameful for a 4star Hilton hotel. the hotel is too big and so crowded. there was always noise coming from the corridor. plus the thin walls didn't help at all.
